Terms for using Somi.

Important: These are starter terms, not final legal advice. Complete them with your legal entity, address, tax details, governing law, dispute process, cancellation rules, product warranties and payment terms before accepting live orders.

Using the website and customer accounts

Customers must use Somi lawfully, provide accurate information and protect their account password. An account is for the registered customer and must not be used to impersonate another person, access another customer’s information, interfere with the website, misuse promotions or place fraudulent orders. Contact Somi promptly if account misuse is suspected.

Products and availability

Somi aims to present products, colours, dimensions, materials, prices and stock accurately. Screen differences, handmade variation and photography can affect appearance. An item shown online may become unavailable before an order is accepted.

Prices, promotions and errors

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Sale labels compare the current selling price with the configured original price. Promotions may have separate conditions. Obvious pricing or catalogue errors may be corrected, subject to applicable law and customer communication.

Orders

Orders placed while signed in may be linked to the customer account and displayed in its order history. Guest checkout remains available. Submitting checkout details creates an order request. Define clearly when an order becomes accepted—for example, after manual confirmation, payment confirmation or dispatch. Somi may need to cancel or limit an order where stock is unavailable, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not possible.

Payments

Available methods may include cash on delivery and UPI through the configured payment provider. A UPI order is treated as paid only after server-side payment verification. Customers should not repeat a payment when their bank shows a debit but the website confirmation is interrupted; they should contact Somi with the gateway reference. Refund eligibility, timing and method must be completed in the final cancellation and returns terms and remain subject to applicable law and the payment provider's processing timelines.

Intellectual property

The Somi name, original website design, text, graphics and brand assets are protected to the extent permitted by law. Product or third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

Liability

Do not use this starter clause as a substitute for legal review. Any limitation or exclusion must be drafted for your products, business structure and applicable consumer law and must not attempt to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
