Terms for using Somimart.com.

These terms apply to the Somimart.com online store operated under the SOMI name. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into the purchase. Keep your password confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised account activity. You must not impersonate another person, access another customer’s information, interfere with the website or misuse offers.

Products and colour representation

We aim to describe products, materials, dimensions, colours and care accurately. Display settings, lighting, photography, textile dye lots and handmade variation can affect appearance. Measurements can have reasonable manufacturing variation. Read the product description and selected colour before ordering.

Prices, taxes and delivery fees

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before checkout. Standard delivery is free on merchandise subtotals of ₹500 or more and ₹99 below that threshold. We may correct genuine catalogue or pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you where an accepted order is affected.

Promotions

Promotions apply only to eligible products and during the stated availability period or while stock lasts. For a Buy 1 Get 1 Free bundle, the product page or bundle description identifies what is included. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and cancelled or returned promotional items may affect the discount or refund calculation.

Order acceptance

Submitting checkout creates an order request. An order is accepted when SOMI confirms it and can fulfil the selected stock. We may cancel or limit an order where stock is unavailable, payment is not verified, information is incomplete, misuse or fraud is suspected, or delivery is not possible. Any eligible amount already collected will be refunded.

Payments

Available methods can include Cash on Delivery and secure online payment through Razorpay using credit card, debit card, UPI or Net Banking. An online-payment order is treated as paid only after server-side verification. Never share a card PIN, CVV, OTP, banking password or UPI PIN with SOMI support. If your card or bank account shows a debit but confirmation is interrupted, contact us before attempting another payment.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Processing, delivery estimates, address obligations and delays are described in the Shipping Policy. Cancellation, eligibility, hygiene-sensitive items, exchanges and refunds are described in the Returns & Refund Policy.

Reviews and customer content

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not include unlawful, abusive, misleading or private third-party information. We may moderate or remove content that does not meet these conditions. Publishing a review does not transfer ownership, but you permit SOMI to display it on the store in connection with the relevant product.

Website use and intellectual property

The SOMI name, original website design, copy, graphics and brand materials may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Product and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Automated scraping, security bypass, malicious code and unauthorised access are prohibited.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOMI is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the order or website use.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Customers retain access to consumer remedies available under applicable law.
