Where we deliver

SOMI accepts orders for serviceable PIN codes within India. Delivery availability can depend on the destination, product size and courier coverage. We may contact you if an address cannot be serviced.

Order processing and dispatch

We normally prepare and dispatch confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. Sundays, public holidays, payment review, address verification and exceptional demand can extend processing time. You will receive an order confirmation by email after a successful order.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is ₹500 or more. A ₹99 standard delivery fee applies when the merchandise subtotal is below ₹500. The final delivery charge is shown before the order is placed.

Estimated delivery

Most orders are expected within 4–8 business days from confirmation. Product pages show a date range calculated from the current date. The estimate is not a guarantee and may vary by PIN code, courier conditions, weather, holidays or events outside our control.

Tracking and delivery attempts

Where tracking is available, details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or the courier. Please keep your phone reachable. A carrier may make more than one delivery attempt; additional charges can apply if a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or delivery was repeatedly refused.

Address changes

Send a correction as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after packing or dispatch has begun. SOMI is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details supplied at checkout.

Damaged or tampered parcels

Inspect the outer package at delivery. If it appears significantly damaged or tampered with, record clear photographs or video and contact us promptly. Keep the product, invoice and all packaging until the matter is resolved.
